My fav is if it’s a task I’m avoiding set a timer to do it for 10 minutes bc 99% of the time once I start I will just want to finish it there & then!!

Time blocking is hard . If I just say study time it’s not enough but if I say I’m doing English from 1-4 and bio from 5-8 and then something throws off the times I’m messed up for the day
