@kaseykfit: I used to wake up with stress. Snoozing my alarm minimum 3 times, not having my ourfit picked out, immediately having caffeine, and giving myself just enough seconds to get out the door. These three morning habits changed the game for me so i didnt dread the stress of the morning anymore🙏🏼
