@nat_runs_: Replying to @RAF Air Cadets that last tip is the most important 😁 if youve got all that sorted or you dont fancy getting a running coach id recommend looking up the run/walk method. Or what you could do is For the first few runs just run 'by feel'. 🌟 So that means go out for 20 mins and if you need to run for 5 mins walk for 1 min over and over until you're at 20 mins then do that. Then increase to 30 mins for your next run but walk when you need to. 🌟 Plan how many runs per week you can realistically stick to. Like 2 or 3 per week maybe. And make sure they aren't back to back days for the first few weeks cause your body needs that rest time to recover and make its adaptations.
