I have this problem and it’s the worst. I use Carpe lotion and it helps a lot. That’s the best thing you can use without getting surgery.

My dad told me his sweating problem stopped when he was in his 20s & Im in my 20s & the sweat isnt as bad as it used to b, I still cant hold hands tho
