Don’t remember what they are called. But there are some art supplies that you can do this with. Window paint maybe?

If u just do other glues in other colours you have peel off window stickers

we used to do this as kids, trace the outside with soaked yarn,drys hard then fill the middle with coloured glue peal and it's sticks to the window

Did Easter sun catchers today using black sharpie markers instead of the glue alternative as it’s quicker/dry/no mess. Kids loved it!
