It’s an iPhone issue! The new IPhones aren’t compatible with the SIM cards anymore. Call T-Mobile and ask them to give you an electronic SIM card!

It is a T-Mobile issue, u usually need to restart your phone , this happens at most airports. I’ve switched to AT&T and never had the issue again

This is a network congestion issue. T-Mobile does not own enough wireless spectrum (5G and C-band) to cover all users connected to a given cell tower.
