people forget that drivers are independent contractors, and not guaranteed a minimum wage. it's not complicated but people are too dumb to care.

But that is an issue you need to take up with Uber. We may need a short ride but we don’t set the price, Uber does.

I agree. My mom needs a pick up from hospital to hotel and just needs to be walked to room, she's like I'll tip$100 . It saves my family (me) $300. Can you add the tip in to secure the pick up?
