@ashleachfitness: Congratulations to the first of two winners of The Downsize Programs full scholarship spot, Kim Rooney. Kim story is one that really resonates with what The Downsize Program is all about. She’s a yo-yo dieter whose tried pretty much every diet out there and is fed up of chasing her weight loss goals. She often finds motivation hard to come by, and hard to keep around when she does come by it. She’s struggled with emotional eating, and binge eating, but is now ready to make her goals a reality. Yes she wants to lose weight and get in healthier, but it’s so much more than that. Kim has been trying for a baby since 2021 but so far things haven’t been successful. Kim is now preparing herself for IVF, which shows she isn’t someone whose willing to give up easily. She’s determined, she’s a fighter, and I’m excited to call her the latest member of The Downsize Program. Congratulations Kim. Welcome onboard! 🫡 @journeytoaslimmerkim
