@spoonfulofsi: Grilled cheese w/ a side of drama✨ My mom is a saint🙌😅 Recipe below👇 Ingredients 4 pieces brioche bread 4 tbsp butter, softened 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Salt & pepper 1 cup shredded mozzarella and shredded cheddar blend Instructions 1. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt & pepper to taste. 2. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each of the 4 pieces of bread. 3. Place two pieces of bread, butter side down, in a large pan or griddle over low-medium heat. 4. Divide the shredded cheese between the two slices of bread. Place the two remaining pieces of bread, butter side up, on top. 5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes more.
