En üstede kızgın tereyağ ve maydanoz koyuyoruz. Afiyet olsun.❤️ Materials: - Thin-cut tenderloin - Potatoes - Black pepper - Garlic - Tomatoes - Tomato paste - Yogurt - Olive oil - Butter - Parsley - chili flakes - Red powdered pepper - Cumin - Salt Preparation of: We cut the potatoes very thinly and long and fry them until they are crispy, before we soak them in cold water for 15 minutes. Strained yoghurt with garlic on fried potatoes, tomato paste prepared with olive oil and tomato paste on top of that, our spaghetti cut beef tenderloin that we cooked in a cast iron pan. We put hot butter and parsley on top.
