I also wanted to note that I just tried Chinola passion fruit liqueur for the first time and omg it’s like my new favorite sauce, putting it on everything! Let’s make this at home: 1.5 oz vanilla vodka 1 oz passion fruit liqueur, like Chinola or Passoa 1 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 oz vanilla syrup To serve: shot of champagne/Prosecco Garnish: half a passion fruit Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, the bigger the better, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Simply garnish by floating a half of a passion fruit.
