@nourisheddgirl: take your power back. last year, i was barely hanging on. felt very isolated, alone, unsure of myself, worried about the future, scared, and hoenstly bored. i was taking such good care of my health, but that was my entire identity. this year, i decided to really go for it and go out of my comfort zone. ive met new people, said yes, traveled alone, and have literally started to slowly build my dream reality. make sure to heal and take that time for you, but then come out of it and do everything possible to get your dreams.
