My ground meat recipe is basic but amazing! 1 lb 80/20 lean ground beef or ground turkey 1/2 a small red onion, diced 1/2 a small white onion, diced 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1 packet of taco seasoning or use homemade 1 tsp cumin Kosher salt and pepper to taste 2/3 cup water 1 tbsp tomato paste Top with cheese of choice, lettuce, tomato & sour cream 😋 How many tacos are you having? 👀
