@fortressofwords: it’s becoming more and more difficult to even comprehend or articulate our thoughts every time we witness images or videos that are circulating on social media- atrocities that are occuring to palestinians while the mainstream media stays silent. complicit and unjust. my heart is heavy. the lack of humanity is astounding. this poem is posted out of frustration, profound sadness and the little hope i have left that we can do our part in raising awareness in a world that continues to muzzle palestinians to this day. so please do YOUR part. continue to share this and other resources to spread awareness. #palestine #alaqsamosque #Ramadan #palestinians #injustice #poetry #awareness
