Aquaphor and hydrocortisone cream mix one to one ratio! We call it miracle cream in my house. We use it for a diaper rash, chafing or any shin issues

Go to a pharmacy in Copenhagen and ask for diaper rash cream. That’s what I had to use when I got chub rub overseas. Works wonders.
