For more about this recipe, including swaps and substitution ideas, head to (https://hungryhobby.net/oat-flour-pie-crust/) or google “Hungry Hobby Oat Flour Pie Crust” Ingredients * 2 cups oat flour * 1/4 tsp sea salt * 2 tbsp cold butter * 2 tbsp cold coconut oil * 3/4 cup cold water divided Instructions * Using your hands, mix oat flour, salt, butter, coconut oil, and 1/2 cup water until a dough forms. * Add 1 tbsp of water until the dough sticks together well without becoming sticky and can be rolled out without cracking. * Roll out dough between two pieces of floured wax paper 1/8 inch thick. * Remove the top piece of wax paper and place a buttered pie dish over the top. Flip the dough over into the pie dish right side up. * Press dough into the pan, repairing cracks and ensuring everything looks even. Using a fork, poke holes in the bottom of the pie crust to prevent buckling.
