Recipe: Wet Ingredients * 3/4 cups unsalted butter, melted and cooled * 1 1/4 light brown sugar * 1/3 cups white granulated sugar * 2 eggs at room temperature * 1 tsp vanilla extract Dry Ingredients * 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp salt Add ins * 1 bag robin eggs candy (crushed) Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 11-12 minutes 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in bowl. Set aside. 3. Add your butter, brown sugar, and white sugar to separate bowl. Cream sugars together. 4. Add your eggs and vanilla extract. Mix. 5. Combine your wet and dry ingredients. 6. Take your robin eggs and crush them in a ziplock bag. 7. Pour robin eggs in dough. Leaving some pieces for topping. Fold into dough. 8. Scoop dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 9. Add extra robin eggs on top of cookies. 10. Bake for 11-12 minutes on 350F. 11. Take out and cool. 12.
