Cut red cabbage into chunks, put in a blender with almond milk, and blend. 2. Pour Step 1 in a bowl, then add eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt, and maple syrup and mix well. 3. Grease pan with olive oil, add dough, and cook until golden brown. 4.
