Roll each ball out on a floured surface into an elongated rectangle, approximately 40 x 17 cm (16 x 7 inches). Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top half with cheese slices and one-third of the meat mixture. Fold half of the dough over the filling. Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for 18-20 minutes, until browned. Add lettuce and sauce to taste.
