Cut the stack into quarters. 4.Place brie, cranberry sauce, and flaked almonds on each quarter. 5.Roll tightly, use kitchen twine to seal edges, forming bonbon shapes, and brush with butter. 6.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cranberry Sauce: 1.In a saucepan, bring cranberry sauce ingredients to a boil. 2.Simmer on medium-low for 25-30 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. 3.Allow to cool; remove cinnamon sticks and star anise.
