Mine is the opposite! Birds ate my cherry tomatoes and spat their seeds everywhere, and I had tomato plants everywhere!

Omg your lettuce! I planted mine in Feb and it’s two leaves, an inch tall. I’m in zone 8b so it should be bigger!
