(Samosa patti ) 🌟Ingredients •2cups All-purpose flour •1tsp Salt •100-150ml Cold Water (use as required) •1tbsp Canola Oil or Ghee •Oil (as required) for samosa sheets Method Combine all the ingredients in a bowl mix together until turns into a firm dough (use water as needed) Rest for 35-40 minutes . Divide the dough into 10 equal portions (55g) then use butter and spread over each portion until finished .
