Also the 2.4 pcv port in the intake needs cleaned. if not it can plug, over pressure crankcase and blow out rear main......

Stuff a rag between the crank and oil pan. Keep bolts and nuts from dropping into the pan

why are people sayin to not remove mount? it takes like 15 seconds to buzz the mount off, its easier to be able to raise and lower engine

Just a tip for the next one, no need to remove engine mount- snip the new gasket where it goes around the mount 👍

Stuff a rag in the edge of the oil pan so you don’t drop any pieces of guides, or bolts, in.

They make an aftermarket guide bolt for that top access plug. Turns the access plug into the “holder” for the chain guide.
