Structure your resume bullets to highlight accomplishments, not responsibilities. Simple format to use: Action verb (led, manager, drove, etc) + accomplishment + result / impact (quantifiable where possible) 3. Not all of your experiences, skills and certifications will make it onto your resume. That’s ok, your LinkedIn can include those so recruiter, hiring manager, etc can check out your profile The goal isn’t just to send out your resume into the internet and hope someone reads it.
