Pointer dogs know how to point instinctively, shepherd dogs will herd things without any training, and pit bulls are a bred to fight 🤷🏻♀️

Seems like the luck of the draw with pits. My ex-roommate had one and she was the sweetest but things happen. I wouldn’t chance getting one now.
