When I first started with Seint, I definitely suffered from imposter syndrome. I was a 12 year professional photographer. I was not a makeup artist by any stretch. But I knew I had my finger on something powerful and fun and a way to make a lasting impact on women’s lives both on the customer side and for my team. So I let passion lead the way and I didn’t give any power to the voice inside me that said - “you’re not an expert - no one will ever listen to you.” 2600 Teamies and over 750k in makeup sold personally proved otherwise! They say it takes 10,000 hours of doing something in order to achieve MASTERY. That’s the equivalent of 10 years of experience. I’m halfway there. And I’ve loved every minute of it.
