@saint: Chindogu, The “Unuseless” inventions of Kenji Kawakami Chindogu are strange inventions that aren't useful, but aren't completely useless either. The term "Chindogu" was coined by Kenji Kawakami in the 1980s while he held a job as an editor for a popular home shopping catalogue in Japan. As an editor, it was his responsibility to fill out all the pages of the catalogue. One month, he had extra pages to fill. As a result, Kawakami filled the empty pages with "chindogu" products that weren't for sale and they were an instant hit. Here are some of his more recent inventions. #weird #funny
