@thepixelnomad: Big, beautiful AND fast 👏🏽 the Boulonnais horse is just amazing. This stallion was super impressive to ohotograph, this is just a small glimpse into the behind rhe scenes of my photo session in Northern France. Boulonnais are draft horses from northern France and they are not only massive and impressive, but also extremely elegant with a touch of “blood”. They were traditionally used for pulling fisher boats and transporting the fish to the cities and markets. Nowadays the Boulonnais is an endangered horse breed, but they are slowely recovering as amazing leisure horse.
