currently have it and I have never been so depressed before, bloated, hair loss, itchy skin, heavy periods, horrible cramps, etc. Getting it removed soon

@aly J: I had mine for 5 years after I had my daughter , and Omg the amount of blood I bled on my periods was insane. I went to a doctor and was extremely aneamic , he put me on iron tablets twice a day for 6 months !! That’s how bad it was. I took my copper iud out and my body went back to normal, I’m not longer aneamic either 🫶🏾

My hair fell out, heart palpitations 24/7, cramping like crazy, and HORRIBLE acne. I switched back to the pill. Honestly, it works well for me.

I had mine from 21-29 and just got it removed last week. I left the dr office feeling so different — you said ‘lighter’ in this vid and that’s the perfect way to put it. My body felt almost relieved

So what do you do now? Mine gave me severe anemia so I need it out I think but I can’t do hormonal 😭 I don’t want more babies yet! But will one day..

ive had a copper iud for 9 months, everything was fine until around month 5. from that point on ive been bleeding every 2 weeks and it lasts for 7+ days!! im not sure if it's the iud or not!

I got an iud because I have endometriosis and my gynecologist recommended it to me. I picked up so much weight/ moodswings are terrible...

I had mine for 6 years and swear it’s the cause of me having heart issues, I had to have surgically removed. Today I got it out & I feel better
