I think you answered my question from the other video here. my amp is a db drive a3 1500 1d. not sure if the woofers are d2 or D4, I'll check later

Since you wire them in parallel the final ohms is 1 ohm per sub but if your running both subs would that not make it a 2 ohm total

I have a question. So say i have 2 dual 4ohm subs rated at 1000rms each. And i wire it to 1ohm will it be 2000rms or 1000rms for my 2 subs.

Back in the day, I had (2) SVC 8ohm subs, ran in parallel. We we’re running a 4ohm load to a bridged amp, to help keep it running cooler.
