So let me get this straight. You rent your property for 1200 minus 700 mortgage and 240 for tax. you still get 260 profit and a house at the end

I own a restaurant and have to pay 20% on everything. UberEATS for example take 35% commission before tax. So if I sell something for £10, I lose….
