Biggest tip, IMO, if you have a turntable microwave, stop putting your food in the middle! It’s designed to be put on as far outside as possible.

I find that putting the hot pockets as close on the edge as possible helps it heat better.

use the microwave sleeve and let it stand in the microwave for a couple minutes...it allows the hot pocket to finish cooking

literally just follow the instructions on the hot pocket, specifically the part where it says to let it rest, that's for distributing the heat evenly

the best way ive found is putting the hotpocket on the edge of the spining plate and running the microwave at a 50% cycle if you dont want it to burst

Microwaves are much better at heating water than ice, so defrosting requires patience. As soon as any of the target melts, that area heats quicker.
