This is what happens to my skin also!! Omg My skin is super sensitive any little scratch or pressure turns it into these big bumps. I never had this problem growing up but in 2022 I started washing my clothes with Tide Pods and this is honestly what triggered this whole thing. I stopped using them, but the sensitivity never went away, and my skin has been like this ever since!😭😭
