Most of malaysian have a 44 days confinement. This is when usually the mom will be taken care of 100% by her mother/confinement lady/husband 1/2

my husband always takes 2 weeks off for each baby. I spend 2 weeks in bed and around the house. it's bliss

7 weeks postpartum n I wish I had of listened to this advice. 2 days postpartum n I was out doing 2mile walks doing food shop housework etc..

I didn't rest at ALL after I gave birth and definitely regret it so much. I feel like it's given me so much more trouble now (7weeks postpartum)
