Also, if you get stung, find a fern with spores on the bottom and rub it on the sting spot! it's the only thing that helps my bad reaction to nettle.

Also, the small, new leaves dont sting yet so you can just pick those too, especially when working with taller plants

my go to when getting stung is just rubbing the stung part in moist soil. somehow it soothes. (then of course wash properly when back home)
