I learned that putting the frozen fruit in little candy molds and then filling mold with the chocolate works great 🥰

I put my fruit on a sheet and drizzle the chocolate all over them then freeze them or fridgerate them! Super easy

Any water will make the chocolate seize. also ditto the coconut oil! It makes the chocolate much more smooth!

Why not put the berries on a pan and pour the chocolate over the berries. Place the pan in the freezer until it hardens, then cut into bark.

at the end of summer, we need this sorbet! 🍋🌿 👩🏻‍🍳 Lemon basil sorbet, ◉ Ingredients 1 tbsp baking soda (for washing the lemons) 2 tablespoons lemon zest ( divided ) 3 cups fresh lemon juice (12 lemons) 3 cups water 2 cups granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups packed fresh basil ( 30g ) 1/4 tsp kosher salt ◉ Cooking process 1. Wash the lemons using baking soda. 2. Prepare lemon zest and fresh lemon juice on the side. 3. Put water, sugar and lemon zest (1 tbsp) in a medium saucepan. Set over medium-low heat. 4. Cook mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved. 5. Remove from heat. Add the clean washed basil and salt. 6. Stir with a whipper for a few minutes to dissolve the salt and for the aroma of basil. 7. Add the lemon juice and stir well, cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. 8. Strain the chilled mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding the zest and basil. Add the remaining lemon zest and mix well. 9. Pour on the frozen ice cream maker bowl and press the gelato button. (25-30 minutes) 10. Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and place in freezer for about 2 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. ★ Tip  lemon sorbet cup Use a spoon to dig out the inside flesh of the lemon. Store it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
