@iamkellytang: Replying to @missvonn8 Phosphorus is one of the minerals that we need to be aware of and avoid or limit within our diets especially those with lupus nephritis, chronic kidney disease, and any kidney issues. When we overload our kidneys with phosphorus, its hard to break down, and it can cause more damage to our body and health. This is still a mineral we do need and its naturally occuring in whole animal proteins, and vegetables. The issue is when we eat too much of it. ( i think even if you dont have kidney problems you should avoid overdoing any of these foods bc many of them are inflammatory and can cause other health issues and diseases). As part of my healing i avoided most these foods. Im a litte more lenient now, but i dont eat them that often either.
