My son could be playing appropriately with other kids and then will go across the room and push a random child and specifically target a certain child. Even if that child is not in their space. I’m at such a loss.

Does this go for one year olds as well? My son hits when he’s frustrated or doesn’t get something he wants but can’t yet tell me what he’s feeling.
