@the_green_bird_brigade: Can you teach a parrot to talk? Yes and no. Many parrots will naturally mimic sounds they hear in their environment. They may mimic a person's speech as well. These sounds can be put "on cue" through positive reinforcement. However, you can not force a bird to talk. Many never will.
