I always feel like this in the beginning of sobriety... sober 8years before having a couple smaller relapses than the worst relapse of my life (ICU, bleeding pancreas, seizures). Booze is so sneaky. If you think u have a handle on it- you don't. Sometimes it does in fact end... badly.
