my favourite place to stay is minami-ayoyama !! its a pretty short walk to harajuku and super easy because its near the yamanote line!

loved staying in ikebukuro, it felt less busy than other parts of tokyo. as long as you stay along the yamanote line, you can go anywhere easily

I recently stayed in Ginza. Inexpensive hotel with tiny room but great bfast. Close to Tsukiji market and great shopping! Easy access to elsewhere!

Small recc from a queer visitor: I stayed at APA Higashi-Shinjuku Ekimae! Wasn’t super expensive and was walkable to Nichome!

Ryogoku in Sumida-ku was a great place to stay! Close to Asakusa and there were lots of Sumo wrestlers out and about. Close to the Hokusai museum too!
