@eatingbirdfood: This high protein FROZEN COTTAGE CHEESE BARK is a must-make! 👏👏👏 I went with my fave combo of peanut butter and chocolate and topped it off with granola for a little crunch and let me tell you, I’m obsessed. 😍🙌🏼 Here is how to make it: 2 cups (16 oz) cottage cheese 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup 2 Tbsp peanut butter 3 Tbsp chocolate chips 3 Tbsp granola 1️⃣ Blend together cottage cheese, honey and peanut butter until smooth. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread mixture evenly, about a 1/4 of an inch thick, into a rectangular shape. 2️⃣ Melt chocolate chips and add teaspoon size dollops onto the cottage cheese. Use a knife to swirl it around. Sprinkle on granola. 3️⃣ Place in the freezer for about 3 hours or until the cottage cheese is firm. Cut or break into 16-20 pieces and serve. 4️⃣ Store leftover bark in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
