I started doing this 2 weeks ago. Never hit driver better. Just have to focus on the bottom of swing instead of the ball. For me at least.

Your grip looks weak, but so is mine I’ve had many instructors tell me to worry less about my grip and more about positioning my hands at top of swing

It squares your chest more and makes it easy to hit a draw. I do it and I can actually swing hard now and it’s amazing
