Once grilled and warm, use as a topping for tacos, rice and beans, chips & guac, and all your favorite backyard asada foods! 🧅 🥑 🌮 🫘 Cebolla Asada 1. Cut one medium onion in quarters length-wise up until the root. 2. Place on aluminum foil, place butter of your choice in slits of onion. Juice two limes on onion. Salt to taste. 3. Wrap onion in foil, place on grill for 45min-1 hour or until onion is translucent/tender (or bake at 425F for 45 min!)
