@10newsau: A one-year-old Australian Shepherd has been safely reunited with his owners after trekking an epic 267km across the frozen Bering Sea. Nanuq, along with the family's two other dogs Starlight and Ghost, had disappeared from their home in rural Alaska in early March. Although Ghost had returned home two weeks later and Starlight was found in the nearby town of Savoonga, there was still no sign of Nanuq. It's believed Nanuq wandered away from the two other dogs and travelled across the ice to the coastal community of Wales, located on the western coast of Alaska, where he was found earlier this month.
