BTL... get bad tenant, no rent coming, takes 9 months to get rid of them, costs thousands. by that time you are stuffed, owe lot of money to bank. 😅

how do you have it for free paid 50000 savings Owe bank 100000 that paid bridging finance.. plus the intrest for the finance and still the mortgage

I Bought a probate. Done the work. Increased the value of house by 85k. Mortgaged it. Paid bridging loan back. Got my 48k outlay back. Onto next one
