I’ve been making variations of this tasty spirit for years now, and it’s a real winner in my books. I use it to replace simple syrup in some cocktails, as a Cointreau dupe if I make an extra orange batch. The options are truly endless. Highly recommend giving it a try. Even if it’s just a small batch to start. Milk Liqueur 500ml Sugar (by volume) 500ml Vodka 500ml 2% Milk or Whole Milk 1 Vanilla Bean Pod 2 Lemons Cut into Quarters and squeezed 3 Clementines Cut in half and squeezed 2 Navel Oranges Juiced Stir and let sit for 10-12 days at room temperature Carefully filter through a coffee filter or paper towel (this may take a couple passes) All Done! #milkliqueur #mixology #cocktails
