It’s a good sign of good health though, and it’s important to look at it under those terms. Here are some things that make my periods better -pain relief patch, heating pad, warm showers, sauna, working out lightly, listening to my body if it needs rest. All of these things help relieve pain, & restore good energy ❤️🩹 -vitamins & herbs. This is what helps me. Magnesium, b6, chaste berry, tumeric, ashwagandha. Helps aid with mood swings, inflammation, relieves menstrual pain, stress relief, and better mood Drinking water and also eating nutrient dense foods that are high in vitamins like banana, pineapple, leafy greens; whole grains, foods high in iron or calcium.
