@myblissfulhome: Make dinner with me 🌯 Oven baked Chicken 🍗 1 chicken (spatchcock) 3 garlic cloves Bunch of cilantro leaves 1/2 can of beer 🍺 Salt pepper to your liking I used 1 teaspoon of each spice below ⬇️ garlic powder onion powder Turmeric Cumin Achiote Thyme Chopped onion 🧅 2 oranges 🍊 or 4 tangerine 🍊 I like to marinate in the fridge for atleast an hour before baking. It will taste even better marinating over night! Bake the chicken in the oven at 400 for 45 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes until golden crispy brown! Once done let it rest! You can also make this on the grill outside it’s sooo good! Flour tortillas 4 cups of all purpose flour 3 1/2 cups of whole milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of shortening or Manteca Knead the dough for about 10 minutes!
