If you’re going to swirl the bottle, still do gentle tips upside down and back, otherwise powder clumps in the middle

the onesies can be taken from the top down if your child has any diaper leaks! thus the reason for the folded fabric towards the neck of onesies 😊

I remember with my 1st, I thought I didnt have to clean the bottles to put in the sterliser 🤦♀️I think I thought the sterliser would clean aswell😂x

I’d still shake as undisolved formula is more harmful than excess wind. Just shake it but not vigorously and let it sit whilst you change their nappy

how do you get powdered formula to mix in the water with just swirling it? there's always still clear formula chunks and I do it that way :(
